By purchasing the Smart Lighting Installation Service provided by Juan Guarcas, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. SERVICE DESCRIPTION
This offer includes:
A personalized smart lighting installation in your home
A system designed to improve sleep, energy, and comfort for adults, youth, and children
A customized setup adapted to your space and needs
A 7-night satisfaction guarantee
This service is designed to optimize lighting for better well-being, not to treat or diagnose medical conditions.
2. ELIGIBILITY & LIMITATIONS
The service is currently available for selected regions only (please confirm availability before purchasing).
Homeowners or renters must have permission to install the system.
Electrical system must be compatible with smart lighting devices (basic evaluation may be required).
Children under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian during any consultation or installation.
3. INSTALLATION TERMS
Installations are scheduled by appointment after purchase.
You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the installation area.
Any extra electrical work or modifications not included in the offer may require an additional fee.
Final setup and demonstration will be provided at the time of installation.
4. 7-NIGHT SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
If you are not satisfied with the lighting setup after 7 nights of use, we will:
Revisit your space for a free reconfiguration, OR
Offer credit toward future upgrades or services
To claim this guarantee, you must:
Contact us within 8 calendar days of the installation
Provide basic feedback on your experience to help us improve the service
5. PRICING & PAYMENT
Pricing may vary based on location or promotional offers
Full payment must be made during the installation date, unless a payment plan has been approved
6. CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING
Appointments can be rescheduled with at least 48 hours' notice
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may result in confusion
No-shows or repeated cancellations may void the guarantee
7. LIABILITY
We take all reasonable steps to ensure the safety and proper functioning of your smart lighting system
Juan Guarcas is not liable for any direct or indirect issues caused by:
Pre-existing electrical problems
Misuse of installed equipment
8. PRIVACY POLICY
All customer data collected (name, contact, preferences) is kept confidential and will never be sold or shared
